My tax issue/resolution was a complete roller coaster to say the least, but I was so grateful to have Rachel overseeing my case! After almost 2 years my IRS debt is still unresolved. All I have been told is they are still waiting for a response from the IRS to my offer. There was absolutely nothing accomplished, my account still says "in Jeopardy of lien or levy" when I login. I could have submitted a hardship form myself and waited years for a response, instead of paying $3k.
